These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any service on the 87bdt platform ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The 87bdt website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — The person who has created an account on the Platform and is using the services.
• "Account" — The personal account registered on the Platform through which the user accesses services.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer, cashback, or reward provided by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in a user's account.
• "Services" — Casino games, sports betting, and all related entertainment services available on the 87bdt platform.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on the 87bdt platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be eligible to use online betting and gaming services under applicable local laws.
• Operate only one account in your own name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Ensure that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

2.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details secure. Do not share your password with any third party. Report any unauthorized access to your account to the 87bdt support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

87bdt reserves the right to verify a user's identity. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID or other documents when required. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account termination and the balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits on the 87bdt platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process, though this may take longer due to identity verification or other reasons.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• 87bdt reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳32,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

If the wagering requirement is not met within the allotted time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

87bdt takes measures to prevent misuse or manipulation of promotional offers. The following activities are prohibited:

• Claiming the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts.
• Placing risk-free bets (betting on both sides) to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Using another person's account or payment method.

If such irregularities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended or terminated.

The 87bdt VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. 87bdt reserves the right to change the VIP program terms or discontinue the program at any time, though existing members will be given reasonable advance notice.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the 87bdt platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before starting. If a technical error causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, all bets for that round will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87bdt platform:

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Disrupting or harassing other users' gaming experience.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

6.3 Technical Issues

87bdt is not responsible for any disruption to gameplay caused by loss of internet connection, device issues, or any other technical reason on the user's end. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and proper functioning of their device.

9.1 Closure by 87bdt

87bdt may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of being underage.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance (not bonus funds, but including bonus winnings if wagering requirements have been met) will be returned, subject to conditions being satisfied. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

87bdt is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by the user's own internet connection or device issues.
• Situations arising from delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized account access where the user has failed to keep their login details secure.
• Unavoidable circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure) under applicable law.

In any situation, the total liability of 87bdt shall never exceed the actual deposit amount of the user concerned.

87bdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.
